ADI Global Distribution, a Resideo company, is looking for an experienced Digital Creative Design Specialist as an essential member of the Digital Experience Team. The position is responsible for delivering effective and aesthetic on-brand and on-strategy creative assets like product graphics, emails, social media graphics, banners, digital/print catalogs, packaging, and other customer touchpoints — all within a growing ecommerce-driven environment.If you're super creative and have a bit of an curiosity to always be learning, please send your resume and portfolio link. Your portfolio should demonstrate creativity and execution of digital and print marketing promotional pieces.JOB DUTIES:Design and execute compelling creative assets for websites, mobile apps, product launches, packaging, logos, social media graphics and banners, advertising, digital signage, email campaigns and more.Manage and produce digital design assets including sizing, and versioning of your work.Maintain, update and publish content on the company's websites using our CMS tool.Ensure timely and accurate production, posting and linking of content.Perform image editing such as shadowing, cropping, resizing and optimizing for web.Follow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicable.Create press-ready files for printed projects such as packaging and sell sheets.YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse team.Portfolio of your design work which should demonstrate fully executed digital design work.Proficient at using Sketch/Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of digital and print design/production principles.Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.WE VALUE:Experience design of digital marketing promotions or advertising.Experience with publishing web content via CMS tool.
