Digital Data LeadYour Tasks & ResponsibilitiesImplement the data governance foundations, leading the Digital Analytics, coordinating the definition of Web Analytics KPIs; supported by digital, media, and marketing.Actively promote the use of data analytics to support achievements of business goals, promoting awareness and training on data tools and KPIs across the organization, generating insights from different digital properties to translate into learnings that allow us to scale or maximize opportunities around business objectives.Oversee brand sites and ensure onsite and SEO optimization according to brand and digital objectives.Define the Path to Purchase (P2P) metrics and consumer-centric KPIs and develop actionable dashboards of validated consolidated/interconnected data for the different stakeholders including the management team.Co-create with Marketing and Digital Team 1st party data strategy for consumer health based on key brands objectives and translate into a concrete plan.Be the local PMO/Lead for the global project to develop the technology to integrate data from different sources for the P2P dashboard.Work closely with the technology team to identify and solve gaps in the data capture.Drive insights from the analysis of digital touchpoints and segment target audiences as an expert-level data analyst.Design and execute tests that will become improvements to the digital properties' user experience impacting conversion to sales.Execute and optimize strategies to meet the corporate objectives and keep them up to date with current technology and methodology standards.Who You Are:BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; high-level expertise inSEM/PPC and SEO.+5 years of prior relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Pharma industry.Experience in process controls and KPIs implementation.Ability to translate emerging technology into tangible executional plans adapted to the business; background in digital and content is a plus.Fluent in English.Skills – Teamwork, Communication Skills, Proactivity, Leadership skills, and quick learning will be required to manage multiple clients and projects.Core Competencies – Customer focus, drives results, and manage complexity.
