We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible.Position Summary: The Digital Designer, Creative Design role is an integral part of the organization, responsible for developing and executing digital creative artwork that supports the company's multi-branded portfolios.
The primary objective is to drive brand conversion while aligning with global brand and product strategies, contributing to growth and profitability.In this role, the individual will closely collaborate with the Digital Lead Designer, Shopper Marketing and Activation teams to develop and deploy digital creative and production assets across our Batteries, Lights, and Auto Care divisions.
**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the execution of brand and product assets as assigned that align with the brand's look and feel as well as retailer specific guidelines- Creative asset development includes but are not limited to: social media ads, paid search ads, native and digital display (static & dynamic)- Review proofs, track revisions and organize proof files- Attend and participate in project meetings to understand concept, timelines, objectives, and specifications- Organize assets, shepherd/traffic to stakeholders and execute asset deployment- Review files to ensure adherence to established standards before release or deliveryWhat we are looking for:- A 4-year degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction- Proficiency and experience with content creation software, such as a content management system (CMS), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects or similar tools- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery and experience designing cross medium aligned with brand guidelines, showcasing excellent design sensibilities such as attention to detail, color, and type hierarchy- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines- Proactive and self-directed, capable of taking initiative- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all professional levels.
