.Digital DirectorObjectiveThe Digital Director role has two objectives:Lead the strategic development and execution of a seamless, engaging digital consumer journey, collaborating across departments to optimize touchpoints and enhance overall the digital consumer experience.Lead the content studio operations and ways of working, including managing primary/secondary external partners & creative profiles and serving as liaison between the studio and internal teams to deliver creative projects with aim of production efficiency and creative excellence.Main FunctionsDigital functions:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer journey strategy, mapping out touchpoints and interactions across various channels.Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to leverage technologies to ensure a seamless and cohesive consumer experience throughout the entire journey.Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize the consumer journey, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance engagement.Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions to support and enhance the consumer journey, including CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Implement personalized marketing strategies and communication tactics at different stages of the consumer journey to increase relevance and engagement.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) & monitor existing Common Digital Marketing Objectives (CDMOs) to measure the success of the consumer journey strategy and make data-driven adjustments as needed.Collaborate with relevant teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring alignment with the consumer journey strategy and overall business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and enhance the consumer journey experience.Drive the adoption of new digital tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, upskilling the relevant teams.Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compliance for relevant touchpoints.Ensure best practices and an excellent UX/UI for the brand's websites while also leading the SEO strategies for each one.Content Studio functions:Develop outstanding creative digital/social content under our global big ideas / campaign ideas, working in close collaboration with the brand teams and markets to develop content to unlock growth and maximize the brand and business opportunity.Deliver content strategy/roadmap and consumer journey plans / consumer activation maps (together with drive/key markets) by campaign to drive brand recruitment and support its deployment, optimizing as needed and driving search demand for our brands & products.Develop framework for global/local content development, incl content plans & quarterly content calendars, and support localization as required
