**The Role**:
As a Digital Enablement Solution Engineer at Cooperative Computing, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the Digital Maturity Enablement process. This includes conducting technical discovery during the assessment phase, capturing detailed information on business functions, and architecting solutions for the client's future state in alignment with their digital maturity goals.
**Capabilities**:
- Proficiency in digital technologies, systems architecture, and infrastructure design. Familiarity with modern software and hardware environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical systems and environments, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.
- Capacity to innovate and creatively address technical challenges, staying ahead of digital trends.
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
- Focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs and contribute to their digital maturity journey.
- Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive solutions architectures, integrating various technologies to meet complex business requirements.
- Proficiency in software development and programming, with the ability to understand and contribute to software solutions, including knowledge of coding languages and software development methodologies.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications in digital technologies or project management.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a digital solutions or systems engineering role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
**Results**:
- Develop and implement innovative, effective technical solutions aligned with clients' digital maturity goals.
- Create and manage essential documentation, including technical reports, slide decks, and status updates.
- Produce detailed diagrams for current and future technical infrastructure, including network and server configurations.
- Accurately document and categorize technical issues and challenges, ensuring clarity in problem-solving.
- Architect solutions for future-state technical infrastructures aligned with digital enablement strategies.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of technical solutions, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Drive client satisfaction through innovative technical strategies, enhancing overall business outcomes.
