We are seeking a **Digital Engagement and Event Specialist** to become an integral part of our friendly team.RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute a diverse calendar of virtual events, including webinars, workshops, hackathons, panel discussions, and networking opportunities- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform management, registration, and post-event follow-up- Coordinate vendor requirements and contracts- Leverage data and analytics to measure event success and identify areas for improvement- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment to encourage professional growth- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and curate relevant content**REQUIREMENTS**:- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience (team up to 7 FTEs)- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in event management, marketing or communications, ideally in a tech environment- Proven experience in virtual event planning and community management.
