**MAIN ACTIVITIES**- Present and promote the Thales DIS Issuance Portfolio to banking customers in Latam north (Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Andin pact); - Potentially attend regional customers with operations out of the above countries; - Provide consultative sales approach to our customers by understanding the financial ecosystem and global technological trends; - Digital Sales will have to insure he is following required product training, and also learn and investigate by himself whenever it is required; - Define and contribute to customer's strategy formulation, opportunity identification and deal closing, along with Account manager and Sales Manager; - Build and maintain a detailed pipe of opportunities; - Maintain a reliable forecast in order to ensure proper reporting and capacity plan; - Responsible for commercial operations such as P&L and pricing approvals and contract closing; - Manage assigned existing customers to develop partnerships within retail, banking and financial institutions for the region; - Liaise and coordinate with internal technical resources to meet customer expectations; - Report market needs, opportunities for solutions and services, competition activity and recommendations on product definition; - Follow up with productline and solution deliveries; - Increase market share,revenue and margin in-line with quarterly and yearly objectives.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; - Relevant experience intechnical sales or pre-sales in banking products and solutions; - Strong knowledge of technical and innovative solutions, banking ecosystem, IT and cyber security industries, with a specific focus on issuance of EMV payment cards, contacts within the banking, retails and financial institutes, sales methods, funnel management and sales control; - English is mandatory;- Availability to travel.
