.**Key Activites**- Set the omnichannel strategy from a lifecycle management of the portfolio adapting per brand.- Translate the digital strategy into concrete tactics for implementation- Support colleagues from the Customer Facing Area and obtaining necessary insights to develop annual action plans tailored to their respective territories, enabling them to increase sales of UCB's product portfolio- Cross functional (Functions & Transversal) collaboration in order to implement projects that directly impact the brands- Define and lead the digital brand strategies that encompass all stakeholders involved to achieve an increase in sales, patient acquisition, retention, and budget control. Including the usage of UCB platforms and external tools (when available) such as Marketing Automation, AI, and innovative digital tools that are applicable- Adoption of alternative digital channels that aren´t aligned with the strategy- Budget accomplishment- Collaboration and synergist with cross-functional teams to align digital brand projects overachieving business strategies and goals.- Content planning and co-creation for digital brand strategies for the prioritized channels**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing or another related field- Master's degree in Business administration focused on Digital Marketing (preferred)- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation role including Marketing strategies implementation as Product Manager or related- Demonstrated knowledge in business planning, tactical plan development and execution- Deep understanding of HCPs & Patient needsPharmaceutical Industry mandatory- Strong knowledge of digital tools including Marketing automation & Artificial Intelligence- Digital education and commercial contents- Project management tools- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including Commercial & Marketing field- Medical understandingEnglish fluent**About Us**UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company, focusing on neurology and immunology.
