**Develop and manage Quaker digital strategy, platforms and capabilities across Latam, having the right pionerism, to be sure Quaker gets ahead of the curve in digital adoption, while maximizing its ROI across the markets, establishing the right data, insights and analytics models to feed the brand and innovation programs.
**What will you be doing?
**:- Lead and ensure we have the right strategy and model to become a nutrition for health digital authority, while enabling the quakerization of morning rituals, influencing the adoption of Oats through digital platforms, and accelerating brand accesability through e commerce impacting both Quaker's frequency and penetration.- Develop and align Quaker Latam digital strategy with key stakeholders: Nutrition Latam Excomm and Digital CCO- Define and enable the right digital capabilities for both the Sector and the OU's teams to bring the strategy to life.- Create the model to have the right content development and production- Conduct the Recipes Platform media, content and plans for Quaker Latam across markets- Develop and deploy the right analytic models to track the ROI, validate the content strategy**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?
**- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management or Digital- BA required with proven digital training.- Successful experience in managing digital programs and platforms- Proven record of being capable of bringing transformation and innovation to processes and teams, while bringing results- Understanding of brand strategy development, brand positioning innovation development and consumer insights.- Desired Nutrition experience and expertise, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space
