**Job Description**:
Lead the following areas of responsibility:
- Data-Engineering-/Science (i.e.
: Data Pipeline Support/ Development, Data-Standardization/ Governance, Machine Connectivity, Data-Science Certification & Use-Case execution)
- Digital Manufacturing (i.e.
Engineering support and troubleshooting for Nexeed Portfolio in collaboration with BCI: MES, PaCo, Shiftbook, BMLP-Migration)
- IT-Infrastructure/ ITM (i.e.
: Engineering support for Cyber Security Systems & CCS-Environment, Manufacturing IT-Governance, BMLP-IT Infrastructure, Local ITM/ IT-Security)
- Responsible for Digital Transformation Strategy Plant Level (i.e.
: Strategy Definition/ Improvement/ Execution, Innovation Management, RB/AE-Alignment, Organizational/Cultural Change)
- Lead BMLP VIP Project at JuP1
**Qualifications**:
Professional:
- Min.
3yrs experience in Digital Manufacturing position (or similar role) incl.
deep technical experience in topics mentioned above -> Provide benchmark experience
- Experience in Operations (i.e.
Production, Maintenance, TPS)
- Leadership experience in IT-related role
- Project Management experience
- Strategy Development and Execution

- Capable to drive initiatives and organizational/ cultural change programs
- Innovative and highly motivated
- Capable to manage operational and strategical topics in a dynamic environment
