**The Team**:
The Digital Marketing team is focused on developing and driving the media strategy for all brands, as well as manage the negotiation with networks / media / digital platforms / influencers and agencies.
**The Opportunity**:
You will be part of a very dynamic area with a very passionate team whose objective is the development and execution of the company's digital initiatives.
As part of the responsibilities of the area we have the management, negotiation and closing of strategies with content creators / influencers / celebrities.
**What Your Impact Will Be**:

- Maintain centralized negotiations and create long-term relationships with content creators, managers and agencies.
- Manage an annual planning of Influencers to achieve efficient negotiations costs and times.
- Analytical ability to make the best recommendations taking into account return on investment in influencers.
- Promote work with internal agencies to establish objectives, align expectations and deliverables for campaigns.
- Proactively seek out new creators/formats and relevant trends that align with goals per creator/campaign.
- Take an active role with the brand teams to achieve the best plans according to the campaign objectives

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience with analysis and monitoring of profiles related to brands.
- Management and monitoring of plans with Influencers (negotiation, administrative process, publication, and payment).
- Administrative control: brand budget, influencer POs, SOW aligned to budget, contracts, payments, etc.
- Process optimization / continuous improvement with internal and external agencies.
- Investment control and campaign results.
- Strong communication skills
- English proficiency
