The **Digital Marketing Coordinator** is responsible to keep updated and in compliance of Pharma industry contents published in the HCP Portal MEDICINES Pro, is accountable in the creation of customer journeys using all digital channels and touchpoints available at the market including field force.
**What You'll Do**:
- Content alignment with Marketing to publish in the portal, inclusion in digital experience journey and reporting based on performance.
- Coordination of Media Campaigns, Social and Google, with agency partner trough Regional Ad Hub, follow up on metrics to optimized content based on results.
- Work closely with Regional Digital team and Medical local for a:care initiatives and digital dissemination.
**Required Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English
- Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience in Pharma Industry
- Expertise and knowledge in Regulatory framework for Pharma: Unbranded and Branded content differentiation
- Proven success in implementing Content Campaigns across different channels and customers aligned with highly restricted regulatory framework.
- Experience and management of CMS Wordpress platform and/or AEM.
- Strong interest in Digital and social media, overall online channels and media production.
- Experience in digital communications platforms Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, and performance review in Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing cloud platforms and journey mapping in Salesforce, Adobe, etc plus CRM interactions.
- Understanding of current digital communications best practice, in healthcare or other industries
- Copywriter capabilities to detect any issues on the content.
- Day-to-day direction, self-initiated, pro-active and quick in reaction for problem solving
- Excellent written capabilities.
