**Job description.
**

Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Your duties include the transmission of information between the top management and the employees of the department regarding budgets and daily procedures, supervision of the implementation of marketing campaigns for the brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and implement traditional and digital marketing strategy.
- Work with key consultants on rebrand, web redesign and lead gen campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
- Serve as HubSpot admin.
- In coordination with the marketing VP, create the marketing plan and strategy, from brand management, communication, positioning, attraction to measurement.
- Develop external communication campaigns.
Ensure compliance with the communication strategy, as well as their measurement.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with the budget of the area for advertising in digital and traditional channels, collateral, and expenses related to the area.
- Meet the established objectives of leads, reach, brand awareness and customer service.
- Ensure the success of advertising and communication campaigns through the decreed tools.
- Analyze client behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related
- Fluent in English/Spanish.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management or product management.
- Deep experience in HubSpot (certification preferred) or similar platform, and sales intelligence tools such as Seamless AI.
- Well-skilled in SEO, SEM., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Experience in account-based marketing, marketing research, and unique value proposition creation.
- Experience defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
- Experience interpreting and communicating analytic and quantitative data, develop and measure marketing programs.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
