**Play your part in our team succeeding**:
You will be joining the LATAM Brand/Trade Marketing team in the LEGO Mexico offices to input and co-shape as well as locally deploy and implement the regional Digital strategy in collaboration with a diverse set of regional and global partners across the Digital ecosystem of owned, earned, shared and paid (OESP) channels.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the LATAM OESP planning process by coordinating key steps, relevant collaborators to ensure an excellent OESP process execution (Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid)- Support Brand Manager to prepare coordinated briefing and identify relevant channels specialists to attend briefing session and to respond to brief- Ensure the coordinated response addresses the brief and delivers a real channels touchpoint integration- Actively work with Global and Regional Integration Managers to maintain an editorial calendar across channels and touchpoints- Proactively drive the integration of the LEGO Kids channels into local/regional annual business planning processes through continuous open dialogue- Lead and guide the local/regional marketing team, sales team and local agencies on how to benefit from owned and earned kids' channels in the local marketing mix and secure integrations in local campaigns- Ensure alignment with global/Regional Integration manager- Coordinate the marketing calendar activities to ensure all the projects are completed on time, both for Brand and Trade Marketing aligned with the defined priorities- Support in the execution of the day-to -day digital projects, considering the different involved areas- Monitor results and keep track of each campaign's important metrics, evaluate ad efficiency, A/B test creative and audiences.
**Do you have what it takes**:
- Educational background in a marketing or business development or strategy- 3-5 years experience in marketing related fields (Agency, start-up or premium consumer brand).- Experience with coordination of a diverse panel of partners, leading cross functional projects- Track record of designing and rolling out digital campaigns within different touchpoints: social platforms, paid media, apps, influencers, branded channels, etc.- Deep knowledge of the actual online ecosystem and digital metrics- Strong strategic, digital and integrated end to end thinking- Analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets to distill and activate insights- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas- Ability to work with a wide network of partners and support a team environment while collaborating to achieve joint goals- Willingness to learn and work supporting a team- Proficient Microsoft software knowledge
