As Digital Marketing, Lead you will create a positive, satisfying and shopping experience for customers at the point of sale and a profitable one.
You will report to the comercial area.
You will be #LI-Onsite in our site in Mexico.
**Main Responsibilities**
- You will make the customer's experience with the brand relevant, after working with it at the points of sale through the information they receive and how they receive it, the display, how sensory, technological and satisfying that interaction is.
- You will create customer-centric strategies and develop tools that connect with the shopping experience with users at the point of sale.
- You will Know the customer and their needs through the present analysis and anticipating future ones focused on trends.
- You will implement the defined strategies in a transversal way where the departments of the company coincide and complement actions for accomplishing the same.
- You will measure customer satisfaction by making the necessary adjustments to increase the experience and profitability of the proposed strategy and the implemented solution."
**Qualifications**
- Intermediate English
- 2+ years of experience with quality management systems and distribution center management.
- 2+ years of experience with inventories, process and project documentation.
- Experience with Office Suite, Adobe, (advanced)
- 2+ years of experience with visualization and modeling software.
