.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that will assist the Sales, Marketing & Communications teams to implement, manage and improve our digital marketing strategies. Primary focus will be to increase online brand awareness and drive qualified prospect leads to our senior living communities. As a key member of digital marketing, utilize both analytical and creative skills to successfully manage the digital ecosystem for multiple locations on a daily basis.Responsibilities:Web Development: Proficiency in using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SSJS, Python, PHP, REST/JSON API clients. Knowledge of WordPress or similar hosting platforms and Content Delivery Networks (CDN) like CloudFront is essential. Knowledge and experience in using web automation tools like Selenium will be an added bonus.Email Development: Inline CSS, dark/light mode across all currently supported ESPs, Browsers, Apps, OS and devices, HTML, XML, A/B testing, Open Rate optimization, Click optimization, and integration of dynamic content and motion graphics in email.Proficiency in visualization tools: like Power BI, or Google Data Studio for creating dashboards and visualizing marketing data.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems: like Salesforce, Sherpa or Hubspot for managing customer data and marketing automation.Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices: to ensure the protection of customer data and compliance with regulations like CCPA.Understanding of how AI and machine learning can be applied to marketing: such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and personalized content recommendations.Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools: such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo to build event-triggered workflows across multiple mediums. Experience in crafting personalization at scale and implementing AI/Bot automation using tools like IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein.Systems integration experience: with hands-on experience setting up integrations using APIs and web services.UX Design: Responsive design, material design, accessibility, journey mapping, and CRO experience.Social Media: Experience managing organic and paid social media – Meta required.Strong, confident presenter and communicator.Proven ability to partner with and collaborate with other leaders to deliver business outcomes.Strong understanding of technology inclusive of user interface, data flows, and back-end systems.Creative problem solving with attention to detail.Ability to learn with and teach others.Prior experience managing digital marketing for multiple brands simultaneously preferred.Proven ability to develop and manage digital campaigns, define and track KPIs and measure and communicate outcomes relative to business objectives.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing as well as attribution models.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Postmaster Tools, MX Toolbox, and SEMRush
