At Cápita Works we are looking for a **Marketing Strategist** to join the team.

**Responsabilities**:
- Creating results through content strategy: We are fundamentally a content provider.
Our customers need content to help achieve their marketing and sales goals, and your job is to make sure their subscription or project is best positioned to do that.
- You'll need to establish a baseline, determine the best direction for the pieces in their purchase, recommend changes to a subscription where it makes sense, establish goals, and make sure we're tracking them.
- You're part of a team-based approach to taking care of our customers.
You'll onboard new accounts, and answer customer questions regarding their content subscriptions, projects, and requests.
- You'll communicate results and make recommendations on changes to subscriptions, adding-on projects, and overall changes to achieve better results.
- You'll handle issues if they come up, and do it while leaving our customers feeling taken care of.
- Project Management: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers with specialty projects.
You need to be able to coordinate a lot of moving pieces between a lot of different contributors and provide an outstanding customer experience every time.

Preferred Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing
