This simplified and empowering approach will help to eliminate over 50% of economic waste and create value for everyone involved.As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing ProducePay's digital marketing strategy across Mexico, USA, and other LatAm countries. In this role you will drive awareness and demand for the company's products and services via digital marketing channels, directly impacting the company's revenue goals.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop, execute, and analyze campaigns and promotions across a wide spectrum of digital acquisition and upsell channels- Manage all aspects of the website (through internal and/or agency resources) including but not limited to: optimization, lead retargeting, landing page creation, and revamp (long-tail)- Drive A/B testing and optimization into all aspects of digital marketing- Deliver detailed reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue on a channel by channel basis- Support the promotion and/or distribution of marketing content including but not limited to: white papers, articles, events, offers, web pages, etc.- Work with sales to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement- Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues and other experts; communicate and share best practices**Requirements**:- 5+ years in digital campaign marketing and demand generation with ownership of multiple channels and strategies, along with hands-on experience digital optimization for conversion of inbound traffic- Tech product marketing experience is a plus- Strong project management and planning skills to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously- Proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, review budgets and data, and recommend changes- Experience in implementing marketing automation tools and standing up a marketing tech stack- Demonstrated experience partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth; account based management experience is a plus- Ability to think critically and logically to breakdown complex information- Business fluency in both Spanish and English**Benefits**- Competitive salary- Mexican Legal Compliant Benefits- Major Medical Expenses (Includes Vision and Dental)- Minor Medical Expenses- Life Insurance- Monthly transportation stipend- Monthly cell phone stipend- Professional Development Support- Employee Referral Bonus
