In the position of Digital Marketing Manager you will develop and manage digital marketing and media strategies for all
brands across the markets to ensure the brand culture is supported and actively represented in online.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Oversee social management of assigned territories, creating and maintaining digital posting schedule and daily monitoring the external dialogue and image of brand in earned media including engagement as well as analyze quantitative and qualitative performance to incorporate any learnings in future plans.
- Monthly and yearly reporting on channels, setting goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for channels in line with budget.
- Establish KPIs and goals, manage the relationship with designated agency. Ensure annual performance reviews conducted to improve agency performance and KPIs and goals managing athletes and ambassadors social media deliverables.
- Create localized articles for assigned territories website aligned with events, athletes, ambassador activities. Repurpose globally relevant content, product list maintenance and update rosters.
- Manage digital promotion execution and mechanics in line with corporate graphics team for digital graphics request. Support creation and maintenance of micro sites for all brands and research emerging media opportunities.
- Work with media team, local photographers and videographers for executing contractual agreements, with bands, legal, and media team for proper music licensing and developing film production concepts in line with marketing directives.
- Execution of locally driven film projects that will live on digital platform, ensure marketing goals and direction are reflected digitally for each brand and help define the overall e-commerce strategy and roadmap based on the needs of consumers and business objectives.
- Develop and drive the strategy and plan ensuring alignment to the overall marketing plan. Develop and execute campaigns to increase relevancy and recognition brand and products in the public field via earned media of any kind (classic media, digital media, influencers, interest groups, etc.).
**Position Requirements**:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of - Marketing or related field.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a beverage, Consumer Packages Goods (CPG) lifestyle brand.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Communications and Public Relations.
Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table/Click up).
Preferred Certifications: Strong understanding of digital media, including social media, programmatic, and influencer marketing. Basic knowledge of traditional media.
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in English. Experience with lifestyle marketing, digital media, sponsorships, event marketing and influencers, deep understanding of social platforms and latest content style/trends.
