Operations Associate**Duties**:- Setup and design Webflow pages as well as digital ads- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google and Facebook Ads- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives- Utilize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools to enhance campaign effectiveness- Manage MixMax outbound engagement efforts**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred- Proven experience in campaign management and digital advertising- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO principles, and conversion optimization strategies- Proficient in conducting research using various tools and platforms- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment**Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
