YOUR ROLE· Develops the national divisional digital strategy · Responsible for digital national campaigns (co)design on the base of marketing objectives, accountable for touchpoint strategies and playbooks · Develops digital roadmap for the business · Builds working partnerships and networks across functions and markets. · Acts as a change agent to shape and change consumer culture, drives changes in digital transformation of business. · Evaluates own and competitors' digital activities for fast learning sharing and effective roll outs · Manages national roll-outs and harmonization of digital marketing activities · Steers continuous upgrading of digital activities for increased elasticity by testing and rolling out new applications / functionalities · Connects accross Business units to generate synergies and consistency between HCB-P Mexico · Connects people, processes and projects accross the business to increase consistency, coherence and efficiency of digital marketing and ecommerce. YOUR SKILLS Professional in careers such as Marketing, Business, Business Administration or similar. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing areas with a focus on the digital part. Experience in multinational companies Knowledge of the digital environment and experience developing multiplatform campaigns.
