- Target Market empathic engagement: Connect and create bonds with GenZ target market creating long term brand-user relationships
- Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategies & Content Development: Create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Develop engaging messages that resonate with our target audience.
- Production & Localization: Manage the production, localization, approvals, and launch of digital assets. Ensure that all digital messages are culturally relevant and optimized for various markets.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate with agencies to develop and manage digital strategies and budgets within marketing campaigns. Oversee social assets' performance, including test plans, creative development, timeline management, execution, and post-mortem analysis.
- Integrated Communication: Be in constant communication with the company headquarters to develop integrated communication projects and ensure cohesive strategies across all channels.
- Brand Collaboration: Engage brands to utilize our attractive properties and guide them in creating proposals, dynamics, and communication materials.
- Promotions & Experiences: Develop promotions with exhibitors that allow consumers to experience our films and products in unique ways. Ensure all promotional materials are approved and implemented on time.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate promotions budgets effectively. Work directly with the CFO to create marketing and sales budgets and goals.
- Testing & Optimization: Create and manage a continuous testing structure for paid media campaigns, aiming to improve iteratively on each campaign's results through improved copy or assets.
- Market Research: Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and lead strategies to hit company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate social media performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement with content and features inside the app.
- Reporting: Create wrap-up reports for each campaign and provide insights for future improvements.

- Mobile services revenue & Profit
- Top up ratio
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Engagement with content and features inside the app
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales strategy development.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, algorithms, and paid media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the Gen Z market and effective market segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
**Reporting**:
- Reports directly to the COO.
- Works hand-in-hand with the CFO and Product Director.
