We help medical practices grow their businesses by utilizing SEO, SEM, business consultation, design, and everything in between. While medical practices are our main clients, we are planning to expand. Part of what you will do is refine our company's digital ads process.This is a full-time position with working hours of 8AM-5PM MST. There may be times that you will work early or late/end early or late; it all depends on productivity and company/client needs.**Key Responsibilities**:- Build and execute digital marketing ads- Know the audience, learn the reasons why ads are or aren't working, why budgets are or aren't working, and create a plan to execute- Improve the campaigns' performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis- Track and document KPIs- Optimize and maintain dashboards- Strategize and implement retargeting ads**Requirements**:- 3-5 years of paid ads experience- English speaker, writer, communicator- Detail-oriented- Strategist- Implementor- Proactive- Organized**Salary: MXN 379,000 - MXN 401,000 per year**Pay: $379,000.00 - $401,000.00 per year**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- digital marketing: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
