We have a winning team culture that is built on supporting each other be successful.**The Role****Key Responsibilities**Contribute to and delivery of the integrated Marketing strategy.**Digital Marketing**:- Research advertising trends and competitors' pricing and products- Execute projects with the team to create and distribute content to drive lead generations and sales growth.- Use web CMS such as WordPress and Umbraco to create, edit, and production of digital content, such as web pages, blog posts.- Work with AI robots to enhance content and customer experiences.- Use HubSpot, SEM Rush and other tools to analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.- Manage ecommerce stores on Shopify.- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns and present them to key stakeholders.- Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.- Performing other work-related duties as required.**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**- Perform keyword research using industry-standard tools.- Optimize website content, meta tags, and overall structure for search engines.- Monitor and analyze website traffic, organic rankings, and backlink profile.- Implement link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.- Update website, post blogs and create landing pages to generate leads.**SEM (Paid Search)**- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media platforms.- Design, develop, and test various ad copies and landing pages to maximize leads and conversions.- Monitor and optimize budget, bids, keywords, and ad placements.- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.- Experience managing a digital advertising budget and working with a digital marketing agency- Analyze campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.**Project Management**- Management of projects as required**Reporting and Analysis**- Utilize analytic tools (Google GA4 and Google Search Console) and other tools and resources available to create reports, provide insights and actions recommendations.- Create dashboards in HubSpot for real time reporting.- Presentation reports, findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.- Reports to include, but not limited to: Sales growth, Digital sales and conversions, organic social media performance (Non-SEM)
