**Digital Marketing Specialist**
**About The Role**
The Digital Marketing Specialist will spearhead the company's predominantly digital marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the President & CEO. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative individual with robust writing and digital marketing skills, focused on achieving tangible outcomes, not just outputs.
**Essential Functions**:
- Sales Enablement Materials: Develop and manage materials to support the sales team.
- Outbound and Inbound Marketing Efforts: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Creation of Landing Pages: Design and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events and promotional activities.
- Partnerships & Associations Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with partners and associations.
- Public Relations Skills: Develop and maintain public relations strategies to enhance company reputation.
- Monthly Website Content Updates: Regularly update website content, including blogs, testimonials, and perform page audits.
- Monthly SEO Enhancements: Conduct SEO analysis and implement enhancements to improve website ranking.
- Social Media Updates: Maintain and update social media profiles, particularly LinkedIn, to foster engagement and increase followers.
- Utilization of AI Tools: Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and quality.
- Branded Promotional Items: Research and procure branded promotional items for events and client meetings.
- Print Publications: Update and circulate print publications, including line-cards and capabilities statements.
- Business Card Coordination: Manage the editing and ordering of business cards.
- Marketing Folder Organization: Organize and maintain the Marketing folder in Microsoft Sharepoint.
- Vendor Database Compilation: Compile and manage a vendor database for marketing purposes.
- SOP Collaboration: Work with the Administrative Coordinator on the creation and updates of SOPs.
- General Team Support: Provide support to the marketing team and exceed expectations.
**Requirements**:
- 2-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing leadership.
- Alignment with the company's core values.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including AI tools, SquareSpace, HubSpot, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Apps.
- Ability to foster cooperation in diverse teams.
- Professionalism and a drive for continuous learning and adaptation.
- Familiarity with construction industry concepts and practices is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
