**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Creates Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Basic HTML/CSS coding
- Activating Marketo progression steps and triggers
- Program Landing Pages within Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo or Marketing Automation platform
- Build Marketo contact forms and implement within Marketo landing pages or Adobe Experience
Manager landing pages
- Understanding how Marketo programming and/ Marketing Automation platforms integrates into other
platforms such as AEM, SFDC, Power BI and Google Analytics
- Works closely with UX team to ensure campaigns and landing pages are following best UX practices
- Reviews marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best
practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Performs other duties as assigned

Efficient use of Adobe, MS office and other key business tools such as:
- Adobe Workfront to project manage incoming requests
- Seismic basic administration
- PowerBI to analyse and report on KPIs and performance
Legal / Regulatory
Knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws.

Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct employee lifecycle process requirements to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.

Qualifications /Experience
1-4 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
