We're now looking for an experienced digital marketer to help taking our digital strategies & tactics to the next level.Main responsibilities:Required qualifications:- 5+ years digital marketing experience- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).- 3+ years' experience in Online Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing; Marketing Automation; Analytics and KPIs setting, monitoring & optimizationAdditional qualifications:- In-depth knowledge of/experience with:- Marketing automation software (preferably Hubspot)- Social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and others (content curation and content optimization, ads, targeting, analytics)- Content marketing (creating content that converts)- Diverse analytics platforms (Google analytics, Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / YouTube insights)- Managing complex digital projects from beginning to end- Good understanding of/experience with:- CRM tools (preferably MS Dynamics)- SEO research and SEO optimization (including tools like SEO rush or similar)- SEM, including paid search campaigns, display and video ads- Understanding of eCommerce-focused marketing is highly desirable- Understanding of diverse target audiences and customer insights, experience using survey software for capturing end-user insights is desirable- Curiosity and creativity to find solutions to challenges, data-driven approach to proposals, strong analytical mindset- Independent thinker who can develop ideas from scratch into a proposal, backed up by data/experiments- Team player with strong leadership skills to collaborate with extended ESAB team and outside partners for content generation, campaign assets development- Strong project management skills
