We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our communications team. You will be an instrumental part of the team tasked with building B2B digital marketing strategies that attract, nurture and ultimately convert into sales. This position will be focused on planning and executing our digital strategy, search engine optimization, and measuring and reporting these activities from end-to-end.
Also, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to find ways to market our company and its offerings.
A Day in the Life- Manage all aspects of B2B EFM campaigns including search, display, paid social and retargeting-
- Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.-
- Customer journey development including retargeting, nurture and lead scoring-
- Measurement and reporting of marketing activities and general website performance utilizing Google Analytics and other tools.-
- Assist in any other periodic marketing projects and tasks as required, including but not limited to lead capturing, scoring, managing/organizing/disseminating marketing collateral, etc.Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.-
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.-
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and prospect reconnaissance that contribute to our go-to-market strategy.-
- Partner with the sales effectiveness team on prospect targeting and lead cultivation activities.-
- Support in organizing corporate events and develop the digital strategy.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications or any other related field-
- +3 years of direct hands-on experience executing, running and managing digital display campaigns, SEM campaigns (Google/Bing Ads), and social media ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads) in a B2B environment.-
- 3+ years comprehensive experience with using Google Analytics tool to analyze campaign performance and making/implementing data driven decisions to improve performance.-
- Experience using Hubspot/Pardot or a similar marketing automation tool.-
- B2B social media fluency, native use and knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and their platforms.-
- Curiosity, attention to detail, collaboration and their ability to effectively multi-task are all a plus.-
- High proficiency in Excel or any other data base analysis software is a must.-
- Advanced English level.-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. A storyteller is desirable.What's in it for You
