Job DescriptionDigital Marketing Specialist Zendesk is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a strong quantitative mindset. This role requires hands-on expertise in digital campaign execution, including paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media. With a focus on using data to drive decisions, the ideal candidate will have a proven record in generating demand and driving measurable growth through digital channels. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, project management, and communication are essential for success.
Responsibilities:Minimum 1-3 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred).Hands-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media channels, ensuring consistent naming conventions and accurate ad tracking across all channels and vendors.Act as a subject matter expert on ad delivery and tracking, responding to internal and external questions and ensuring effective campaign operations.Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on ads, lead generation forms, and landing pages to maintain high standards and accuracy.Partner with our design agency to produce best-in-class ads and landing pages that support campaign goals.Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights, recommendations, and takeaways to help drive business growth.Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data-driven digital marketing or performance marketing; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data and metrics to inform decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and translate data trends into actionable insights.Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.Experience in digital advertising, specifically in trafficking and tracking, is a plus.Basic Qualifications:High attention to detail, with the ability to foresee and resolve issues.Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Ability to prioritize effectively and strictly adhere to deadlines.Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
