**Digital Marketing Specialist****Responsibilities**:- Minimum 1-3 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred).- Hands-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media channels, ensure consistent naming conventions and accurate ad tracking across all channels and vendors.- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on ads, lead generation forms, and landing pages to maintain high standards and accuracy.- Partner with our design agency to produce best-in-class ads and landing pages that support campaign goals.- Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights, recommendations, and takeaways to help drive business growth.
**Requirements**:- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data-driven digital marketing or performance marketing; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.- Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data and metrics to inform decision-making.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and translate data trends into actionable insights.- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.- Experience in digital advertising, specifically in trafficking and tracking, is a plus **.
