As an automation specialist you will be responsible for creating, implementing, managing, and reporting on our global campaign programs. You'll be a creative problem-solver with a demonstrable record of expertise in marketing automation driving results for all types of programs. You'll use your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights and recommendations to refine marketing automation strategies.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and rules and processes are adhered to for all campaigns.- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the project owners.- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth- Gain a basic level understanding in essential marketing operations initiatives between automation and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.**Principal Accountabilities**- Responsible for coordination & execution of marketing projects, including online and offline marketing tactics, with assistance from manager.- Coordinate pre-defined programs, including online & offline marketing tactics, with supervision.- Work creative teams in taking projects from creative development stage to completion with supervision from manager.- Assist in creating project estimates and schedules with manager approval. Assist in reviewing budgets and deadlines to help keep projects on schedule.- Assist in coordinating the lead generation, reporting and database process and report results back to manager and suppliers with manager approval, on all projects.- Begin to establish and develop internal and supplier relationships, present pre-defined Arrow program presentations.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience.- Previous project management at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service or demand center function
