At Capita Works we're seeking a **Content Strategy Specialist** with experience in nonprofit marketing and fundraising. If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the world through your work, this is the opportunity for you.**Responsibilities**:- Strategize and implement effective digital campaigns and projects for nonprofit clients.- Help our clients achieve their awareness, acquisition, and fundraising goals by creating a goal-oriented, multi-channel campaign.- Oversee the quality of work from designers and copywriters, collaborating with account strategists, project managers, paid media specialists, technologists, and the senior leadership team to deliver content that is on brand and converts on behalf of our clients.- Utilize data to distill campaign results into important lessons and recommendations around campaign performance.- Conduct content audits to understand our clients' current state and recommend areas for optimization.- Utilize existing content marketing frameworks for delivery and create new ones when necessary.- Prepare performance reports to be delivered by the client lead.- Support the client services team in maintaining client relationships by staying on top of client deadlines and making sure that our content is meeting expectations and delivering value.**Requirements**:- 4+ years of experience in nonprofit marketing or fundraising (agency experience is a plus).- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.- Working knowledge of how to execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns for nonprofitTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Has tenido experiência trabajando en estrategias de marketing para fundaciones sin fines de lucro, podrias darme un ejemplo?- Tu nível de ingles en cuanto a lo conversacional considerarías que es avanzado?
