Founded in 2010, we've helped 1,000's of companies, big and small, to delegate and get quality marketing work done fast.We're looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join our team.If you see yourself becoming part of a global family building the future online marketing together, then come and AutoGrow with us. **The Role**We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who is a critical thinker and is motivated to contribute to the growth of our client's businesses.**Main Responsibilities**- Advise our clients on what marketing tasks they can delegate to our team- Performance check-ups: review the status of your assigned client accounts.- Identify bottlenecks and why our clients' accounts are not converting or could be converting better.- Ensure the overall strategy you created for our clients is followed by the project manager and team members.- Complete pre-launch walk-thrus to detect potential mistakes before they go live.- Lead monthly strategy calls with clients (depending on the package clients sign up, they get monthly strategy calls).- Collaborate with the Project Manager when needs arise (e.G. updating a client's funnel diagram, clarifying something).- Check in daily at 9am EST through our web app.- Lead onboarding calls with clients who sign up for our platform.- Maintain your checklists and documentation to help you maximize results while saving time and avoiding mistakes.**Required Skills**:- Must have 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist.- You are very "tech-comfortable" and have worked with a variety of tools and platforms like Similarweb, Wordstream, SEMrush, SEOTesterOnline, prowritingaid, quillbot, octopus.Do, and HotJar.- Experience with REAL clients and proving REAL results. (it's not enough to know 'The Theory').- Must have a background in digital marketing, either as an SEO expert, ads manager, Analytics, and/or as a copywriter.- Must be good with working with structure (following a workflow, submitting reports, completing tasks, creating funnel diagrams, etc.).- Experience with copywriting and/or paid ad traffic strategy (Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).- Must be technically savvy enough to be comfortable learning and using new software.- Must have a solid internet connection.- Comfortable working virtually and being self-directed.- Must be available to work between 9am and 5pm EST (New York Time), Monday - Friday.- Must have good writing and verbal communication skills in English. (You will be talking to clients)**Not a requirement but a plus: proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and other marketing software like LeadPages and ActiveCampaign
