**About the role**
**What You'll Do**
- Maintains brand standards or TD SYNNEX and its vendor partners. Consults with stakeholders and leads design teams for digital specifications and user experience. Reviews and edits all incoming content to ensure product consistency, spelling, pricing, promotional or launch materials meet specified requirements and parameters, translations, etc. (10%)
- Optimizes and improves strategic digital marketing activities by recommending advanced traffic building strategies. Supports marketing in driving traffic to attract and convert new customers, gain user adoption, and increase on-line sales. Develops reporting, measures, analyzes, tests, implements strategies to make incremental change, advocates continual improvement in digital marketing analytics. (15%)
- Develops advanced/integrated marketing programs, is active in the development of new digital marketing deliverables and may be involved in annual planning. May conduct internal audits of marketing deliverables, external vendor RFI's or develop proposals as needed. May lead in the development of new marketing projects, platforms, dashboards, or customer facing tools. (5%)
- Conducts TD SYNNEX associate training and presentations in area of expertise. Participates in the development and amplification of skills or act as a mentor to other digital marketing specialists. (5%)
- Maintains current market standards and possesses the capability to set new market trends. Consults on best-of-class deliverables and strategies, tools and processes internationally across regions and businesses. (10%)
- Tracks, collects, analyzes and reports data, identifies trends and insights and evaluates results to achieve maximum ROI for on-site campaigns. (5%)

**What We're Looking For**
**Experience**:
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:
- Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Marketing or Communications Field of Study preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
- Professional, office environment.
- Some travel required.
