**Job Duties**:- Facilitate daily stand-ups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process and dead communication with stakeholders, escalate impediments, value add to customers, and drive relentless improvement while turning requirements into the working software.- Serve as "Chief Scrum Master" in the Scrum of Scrums to track progress and help the team achieve goals/objectives and release schedule daily while helping to configure SAFe to the organization's needs, standardizing and documenting practices.- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering collaborative meetings that drive the cohesion and synthesis of vision, roadmap and backlogs.- Establish, document and communicate PI program/team objectives in addition to supporting Release Management area regarding the scheduling and planning, as well as the controlling of the software's delivery process.- Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected.- Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle. Involved with planning, testing, tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management.- Support the technical team with the environment setup requests, and coordination with the configuration teams.- Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully and maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release, various notifications lists, and dependencies.**Education & Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree is required- Bilingual (written, verbal) in English and Spanish is required- 4-5+ years' experience in Release Train Engineering roles within Agile environments working with customers and project teams to escalate impediments and conduct PI Planning- Must have experience in payment product solutions (mobile, online, card products, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, etc.)- Proven success working in Agile or Waterfall methodology in the banking/financial sectors- Previous experience guiding project team meetings including sprint and PI team and program pre/post-planning meetings, daily scrum and sprint review meetings is a must**Plus**:- SAFe Release Train Engineer, ScrumMaster® (CSM) or any Agile SAFe certifications are all highly desiredPay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Experience**:- Agile: 4 years (required)- Banking: 4 years (required)- Release Train Engineering: 4 years (required)- Digital Payments: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 01219, Ciudad de México
