Joining L'Oréal will allow you to explore many possible assignments such as: CRM, Digital Marketing, Online Brand Management, e-Commerce, Advocacy, social media & Content, Data among others.WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO BE IMMERSED IN?E-commerce Strategy: Experience developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall digital customer experience.Digital Marketing & Advocacy Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing.Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data from various digital channels to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms.E-commerce & Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Ability to manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.Project & Content Management: Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and deliver digital and e-commerce initiatives within timelines and budgets
