Being responsible for the timely monitoring of the hiring and timely payment of external personnel participating in area projects, maintaining both the integrity and compliance of required administrative processes, as well as a high level of positive perception of said service.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Proper alignment and timely communication with internal and external clients involved in the administrative processes being monitored.
- Organizational and planning skills, being able to work autonomously when required.
- Trained or experienced in business administration or project management, or studies and expertise in related areas.
- Efficient use of office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Timely monitoring of administrative processes with internal and external clients for the timely hiring and payment of external personnel participating in area projects, keeping corresponding documentary support up to date.
- Management of timely sending and receiving of documentation related to area projects (e.g., paper exam materials, exam results for grading, contracts, billing, etc.).
- Creation of reports and dashboards.
- Handling databases according to team needs, including the cost center repository and key performance indicators (KPIs) for area projects.
- Providing operational support in area projects, including English exam administrations and teacher training services in English language teaching.
