What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Engineer, Economy) in product design or engineering
- Broad knowledge and experience of vehicle retail finance business, or related finance industry.
- Understanding of GMF business operations and proven business acumen.
- Proven history of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience in working in Agile and Scrum methodologies - Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (desired)
- Understanding and/or direct experience in software development and web technologies - Knowledge and experience of vehicle retail and insurance finance business
- Understanding of GMF business operations and proven business acumen
- Proficiency in digital technologies, data, and analytics
- Effective written and verbal presentation skills with an ability to communicate well with Leadership, Partners, and Stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading multi-country, interdisciplinary product development or projects

What you will be doing:
- Understand, communicate, and commit to GMF's vision, goals, and strategies translating them into product action plans.
- Support business requirement definition for all solutions within scope and interdependencies.
- Consult with other functional / departmental managers to ensure there is full visibility of organizational developments, objectives, purposes, and achievements. Act as gatekeeper, support and drive accountability based on "idea-to-launch" approach for all requirements. - Execute plans that assess internal and external requirements, technology needs, interdependencies, and timelines.
- Contribute to the best roadmap definition to accommodate operational needs from an IO perspective, focusing on target operating models and operational efficiencies. - Plan, develop and implement strategies partnering with IT for strategic long-term roadmaps based on an understanding of business and customer's changing needs and business processes that must be delivered.
- Interface with business partners to create cohesive business processes and required digital solutions, designing with advanced analytics as a core competency for digitizing core operations.
- Lead and facilitate system enhancement projects, including the development of business requirements, tracking milestones, cost/benefit analysis, and management presentations. - Assumes the Product Manager responsibilities for the for Digital Products and Platforms following Hybrid and Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Conducts the prioritization of initiatives, projects and enhancements based on the roadmap and strategy defined.
- Engages with Product Owner for the correct execution of the Product Management routines and discipline.
- Lead communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps. - Analyze market trends, customer experience and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and assist management in decision-making.
