- Ensure adherence to website development best practices, quality standards, and industry trends.
- Coordinate website content creation, migration, testing and optimization efforts.
- Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements for future projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, managing website projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of website development processes, component-based website builds, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, experience using Asana is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI concepts, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 3-5 years of enterprise or agency experience preferred
- Agile experience is required.
Agile certifications are a plus.
- Agency experience is a MUST
- Fluency in English is required.
