You can balance time constraints with high expectations for quality, and you can keep a team engaged and informed through the entire life of a project.In this role, you will support the web development and UX teams in planning and executing digital innovations, content development, front- and backend web development, compliance and accessibility initiatives, UX improvements, system integrations, migrations, and more.Reporting to the Head of Marketing Project Management, this role will be responsible for the following:Website Project Planning and ManagementCollaborate with and align marketers, researchers, designers, and subject matter experts to prioritize website projects and plan execution.Analyze project requirements and break down into production schedules.Coordinate resource allocation with marketing managers and other project managers.Organize and lead project status and working meetings.Prepare, communicate, and distribute timelines and progress reports.Manage risks and issues, and initiate course corrections if work is not aligned to the plan.Support the web development and UX leads in managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of governance.Gather necessary assets to develop or deliver a project.Ensure timely client feedback and help prioritize edits and revisions.Ensure timely project approval and sign-off.Team SupportIn partnership with UX and Web Development leaders, hold project teams accountable for their commitments.Help remove roadblocks to completing work in a timely manner.Leverage agency or internal resources to improve capacity for project work.Promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution.Encourage a sustainable pace with high expectations for quality.Process Management and ImprovementManage predefined project management processes for web development and UX.Champion process improvement initiatives as needs/opportunities arise.What you need to succeed:BA or BS or equivalent experience.Expert organizational skills.Outstanding communication skills.Experience overseeing project teams with at least 10-15 team members including developers, marketers, and content creators.Practical experience with content management systems and project management software.Knowledge of project management principles, workflow, and terminology.Strong negotiation, problem solving, decision-making, and time management skills.What would set you apart?Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles.A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
