Ensure that all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in messaging and tone for both corporate and executive positioning.Client relationship management: act as the lead expert contact for clients, in constant communication and guidance of the accounts/project managers, ensuring client satisfaction.Trend analysis and innovation: stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the impact of social strategies.Skills and Capabilities:Social media expertise: in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including best practices for corporate and executive branding, as well as consumer-facing campaigns.
