Pioneers of Asset Strategy Management & Integrated Asset Performance Management best practice approach, we are fundamentally changing the way Industry manages reliability to achieve a step change in asset performance.Take ownership for sales managementThe Training Reliability Sales Manager is responsible for Reliability Training business development growth across a defined territory for a region, for our Integrated Asset Performance Management offering.In this role, you will be responsible for:Identifying Reliability & Asset Performance Management Training opportunities within existing clientsLeveraging your existing business network to introduce our Reliability & APM Trainings to new clientsSeeking Training business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales optionsNetworking and developing relationships with prospects & key industry stakeholdersKeeping abreast of changes in the industry to constantly assess viable marketplace opportunities.Responding to direct inbound requests and follows up with all leads and opportunitiesMaintaining relationships with current clients by providing support, information, and guidanceConducting Training Sales Forecasting activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce to maintain transparency in activity and the health of the sales pipelineCompleting weekly operations reports and monthly board reporting as requiredPlanning, developing and executing Training sales strategies, to meet regional budgets.Developing innovative proposals and deliver training sales presentations to potential and current clientsNurturing clients within the sales cycle with the view to closing sales within the pipelineOrganizing Online and face to face presentations of our Training offeringsMaintaining ongoing contact with potential clients in the pipeline with the view to closing salesPreparing bids and contracts to support the delivery of Reliability TrainingFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.Have 3+ years of experience in software sales, Reliability, Asset performance management.Have experience in managing the entire sales cycle, particularly in closing solutions training and consulting opportunities.Have very good oral and written communication skills in English.Ability to conduct business in Spanish for this Americas role. Portuguese is nice to have.Demonstrating track record of success in meeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates & financial)Experience managing large multinational customers and expanding wallet share through effective relationship management
