Responsible of the ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company's energy portfolio, making sure that all functions of the organization and its product offerings are aligned to the customers' needs and meet Engie Mexico's strategic commercial objectives.****JOB FUNCTIONS**:- Be an strategic part of IT Direction by guiding annual strategy: Projects definition, Initiatives and technology evaluation, Savings based in technology optimization, Budget management (Capex/Opex), Vendors Selection, Architectural and Methodology Guidelines- Ensure the correct implementation and coordination with Global Business Support for the operations of new and existing digital solutions at all Mexico sites, ensuring compliance with service levels, with the aim of avoiding interruptions in IT services internal and critical processes for business continuity, always attached to the best architectural, operational and cybersecurity practices.
