.**Basic Information**:Ref Number- Req_00107513Primary Location- Home Office - MexicoCountry- MexicoWork Style- Remote**Description and Requirements**:**Responsibilities**:- Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD, Azure AVD infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and related components. Optimize performance and scalability of the virtual desktop environment.**Intune **and SCCM for software distribution across the organization. Ensure proper testing, version control, and compliance with software licensing requirements.-- Administer and configure Intune policies for Windows 10- **/11, MacOS** and mobile devices.-**Experience configuring Autopilot.**- Administer and configure Intune policies for Windows 10 and mobile devices.- Manage and configure SharePoint Online site collections, lists, and libraries, as well as user permissions and customization.-- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site creation, user permissions, and customization.-- Configure and manage AVD environments for Windows 10 multi-session and single-session.-- Maintain and configure AD DNS for Active Directory environments.-- Work with the ServiceNow ticketing tool to manage and resolve incidents and requests.-- Monitor and troubleshoot networking issues, including DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN connectivity.-- Respond to system alerts and outages on a 24x7 basis and troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.-- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system integration and alignment with business goals.-- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Azure, Intune, SharePoint, AVD, and Windows Server administration.- Experience in working with PowerShell.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.-- At least 5+ years of experience in administering Azure, Intune, SharePoint, AVD, and Windows Server environments.-- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and network security protocols.-- Experience with AD DNS and ServiceNow ticketing tool.-- Excellent knowledge of Azure, Intune,SCCM, SharePoint, AVD, and Windows Server administration.-- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.-- Ability to work on a 24x7 basis and respond quickly to system issues.-- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**Equal Opportunity Employer**:- At TELUS International, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
