.**We help the world run better****ROLE DESCRIPTION**:The Success Delivery Center (SDC) is an organization that provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America and Latin America.We are growing the Mexico based near-shore center to expand our delivery capabilities within the Latin American region. Our desire is to provide SAP's customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP's latest technologies. The Mexico near shore center is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAP's customers on their implementations of innovation products.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Work on leading customer facing project implementations with focus on Transportation Management solution portfolio.- Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.- Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise.- Configure the requirements in respective solutions.- Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.- Conduct testing, training and support for master data migration.**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:- Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP TM (Transportation Management).- Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.- Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.- Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.G. RDS´s, Best practices implementation guides).- Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.- Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**- Minimum of 8+ years industry experience and a minimum of 2-4 years of SAP Transportation Management implementation experience.- Expertise in the integration of TM with EWM.- Knowledge on S/4 HANA (logistics).- Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communications.- Has performed several business cases and has managed challenging client situations- Understands the AGILE project methodology and has experience in a project setting.- Desired but not mandatory:- Experience with LBN.- Knowledge on LES-TRA.- Knowledge on ABAP programming (debugging).- Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools)
