Position Summary The mission of the Deployment Team Leader is to help roll out new tools and capabilities to better digitize our processes within Schneider Electric and with our Suppliers You will work across cross functional teams to support long term tool adoption, ensuring proper deployment of digital capabilities, and work to further build trust between our plants and our suppliers to build a more resilient supply chain Specifically, you will support the Central Planning Team and our North American Production sites Train and help onboard suppliers on the SSP SRM 2.0 SupplyOn tool and drive increased usage and accountability within that tool Train internal team members on the SupplyOn tool Provide holistic view adoption levels and develop and implement processes to drive increased usage and adoption rates of the digital tool Partner with a wide array of business partners, ranging from Plant Upstream Leaders, Supply Chain Managers, Procurement, and Logistics, to deliver on targeted adoption goals and maintain or exceed KPI targets Qualifications Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field Manufacturing experience / exposure preferred Project management / project controlling experience Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Skills & Abilities Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams Demonstrate strong ability to work with and influence others not within direct reporting relationship Proactively supports peers to promote knowledge-sharing, collaboration, teamwork, and personal development Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Able to work with multiple time zones, as needed, to support the business and assigned projects
