.Job DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking a Digital Production Traffic Manager with a high level of English to join our digital team in Madrid. We are looking for someone with experience in e-commerce, a solid understanding of online marketplaces, and expertise in coordinating and managing transcreation projects.This role involves coordinating and overseeing digital projects for a global client, defining the best skills for each project from the outset, with a particular focus on creating, localizing, and transcreating materials for various e-commerce disciplines. You will be responsible for coordinating projects and priorities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assets across multiple e-retailers platforms, in Spain and across Europe.Additionally, this person will be focused on maximizing efficiency in each project, always seeking the most sustainable options. The ability to navigate the complexities of e-commerce ecosystems is essential.What You Will DoVisibility across all projects, efficiently allocating resources for each one and managing priorities.Organize and monitor the E2E (end to end) delivery fulfillment, coordinate all involved parties, and ensure timely delivery of goods.Regularly coordinate with cross-functional teams (creatives, developers, transcreation specialists, marketing teams) to track progress, report on project requirements, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.Identify bottlenecks in production, address resource gaps, and implement solutions to maintain efficient workflows.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.Maintain a good relationship between the account management team handling the project and the developers' team that will carry out the production part, anticipating conflicts with solutions.Required Skills And ExperienceExtensive knowledge of digital production processes, with a specific focus on the creation, localization, and transcreation of e-commerce materials for various European marketplaces, including Amazon. SEO knowledge will be a plus.Must have previous experience in Studio, Traffic, or Resource Management, either agency side or in-house.A problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple briefs at once, high volumes of traffic, etc.Great verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.Ability to handle tight deadlines in a busy environment, whilst motivating a team with a variety of skill sets.Fluent English (C1 level), capable of managing daily communications via email and phone.
