About the Team: The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP. Our cross-functional team includes members from supply chain management (SAP EWM), finance (accounting, controlling, tax), R&D, HR, sales, quality, and production operations.
What you can look forward to as a Digital Transformation Agent: Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, India) with specific legal and local requirements, but strong focus on the global standards of Controlling.Identifying gaps between existing Controlling functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them focusing on the global standards defined in the ERP Template.Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes.Taking on the role of a Process Expert in Controlling (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template when required).Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals.Training Key-Users at the ZF site.Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site.Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks.Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template.Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions.Your profile as Digital Transformation Agent: Extensive process experience in the area of Managerial Accounting, Controlling.Good functional SAP experience in Controlling incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules.Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects.Knowledge of general company processes which affects Controlling.Knowledge of specific legal or local process requirements.Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach.Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries.Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide.Why should you choose ZF?
