Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:- Provide an excellent project management during entire I4.0 projects lifecycle (70%)- Oversee all resources required during projects implementation and procure additional if require.- Monitor and control projects budget.- Provide I4.0 solutions assuring to fulfill the stakeholder's requirements.- Promote solutions implemented in JuP1 throughout entire Bosch community.- Gather customer requirements, document and convert it in solutions.- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions operate to the documented specifications.- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure specifications include all requirements.- Lead internal and external development resources to ensure products are built to the specifications.- Establish strong relationship with stakeholders, partners internally, externally, locally and regionally.- Maintain and support currently deployed product.Manage a cross functional team (diverse organizational levels)- Manage project development from initiation to closure.- Procure a high quality control during projects development and implementation to ensure solutions are built and deployed according to specifications.- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor.- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms.**Qualifications**:- Professional Degree- English Advanced Required- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in Software Industry Solutions- Knowledge in** (IoT, big data, AGV's, 5G)**:- **Scrum**:- **DevOps**- Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment- Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.- PMP Certification desired- Strong knowledge of and experience with project management tools and/or software packages- Demonstrated leadership skills with managing people- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- Strong attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development- Ability to secure cooperation and drive consensus across senior management and other departments as well as partners internally and externally- Self-managing, impeccable follow-thru, multi-taskingAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths
