Digital Transformation Specialist

In this role you will be responsibr driving digital transformation within C&P digital team and coordinate with rnal stakeholders including digital sponsors and businenctions.Your responsibilitiesContribute to organization infrastructure setr our Lab team including work with HR business partner to develop the career paths of digital technology specialist, refine our Lab governance model, set up and support monthly meetings with C&P Digital Change Leaders and Digital SponsorsManage the digital assets of the Laster relationship with digital sponsors, and maintain digital tools such as opportunity pipeline, Viz Store, digital portal and academy dashboardUndertake the role of scrum master and businesstranslatr successful projects executionContribute to the development and running of Lab processes, including change management, digital practitioner community and hackathons etc.Contribute to the enhancement and running of tnance Digital Academy, including develop Confidencial calendar, curriculum and reviedback Your background1- year of digital transformation or other IT project management experienceWorking knowledge of agile methodology and change managementGood understanding of both business and IT requirementsWorking knowledge of common digital tools used by ABB such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps etc.Ability to effectively communicate between different stakeholders and managing different stakeholders
